Simba helps his brothers who suffered from the war

Like many Ukrainians and their pets, with the beginning of the war, Japanese spitz Simba together with his brother, the German miniature spitz Oscar, hid in a bomb shelter.

But in the second week, Simba pulled himself together, overcame his fear and decided to help others anyway.

After contacting the owners of his fellow dogs, the members of World Dog Press Association, the member of which his mother is, and all the caring people of the world, he began to collect donations, buy the necessary items and send them to those in need.

To date, thanks to his donors and friends from different parts of the world, Simba has provided assistance to the victims in Kyiv, Borodyanka, Konotop, Chernihiv, Sumy, Zhytomyr, Mykolaiv, Energodar, Melitopol, Orihiv, Dnipro, Zaporizhzhya, Kharkiv, Lozova, Odesa, Mariupol, Vinnytsya and other cities of Ukraine.

The following were purchased and sent: food for civil and service dogs of the special unit, anthelmintics, means for treating fleas and ticks, wound healing agents, painkillers, oncology, cardio and sedative drugs for animals, anesthetics, dressing materials, probitoks, chondroitins, glucosamines and vitamins, napkins and diapers for disabled animals, toilet fillers, as well as food for dogs, cats and rodents of private owners, kennels, animals living on streets and in shelters.

Simba is incredibly grateful to all the volunteers who helped deliver parcels to the needy, especially at a time when the territories had just been liberated, and no delivery services were working yet, and the roads were just beginning to be rebuilt. He also gives endless thanks to everyone who continues to heroically deliver aid to the occupied territories.

Simba is confident and widely believes that together we are a force!
